The top two are a lock, but who is the best of the rest when it comes to the driver power rankings?
Before we get to that, the usual disclaimer. You know the drill, these are all subjective and based mainly on my (incredibly smart) opinion mixed with form and on-track results, meaning it is a generally subjective list that holds no real weight except for the large basis of fact I like to think I can generate.
So with that in mind, let’s get to the rankings!
10. Yuki Tsunoda (+2)
He’s not making headlines for epic drives and hasn’t been challenging up the front, but he is starting to get points, make Q3 appearances and do what he can right now. That’s a good thing.
9. Isack Hadjar (-2)
Not quite on the level of the last few races but still solid enough that he deserves to be ranked in the top ten right now.

8. Charles Leclerc (-5)
More so dropping down so low given others around him rise, but not the best weekend for Charles overall.
7. Carlos Sainz (+2)
He has bounced back big time since his poor start to the season and is really taking it up to his teammate and others around him. Must’ve been extra happy to be fighting hard and nearly beating the team that sacked him last year.
6. Alex Albon (+2)
Albon once again showcases his skill in a car that is slowly beginning to match it. A great drive in a great season so far for the Thai driver.
5. Kimi Antonelli (+1)
Kimi is just going about his business and showing everyone glimpses of what he was recruited to Mercedes for. That sprint pole was epic, and while he didn’t translate that into a win or even a podium, the signs are there for a big big future for him.
4. Max Verstappen (-2)
Lost points in the sprint race through no fault of his own and probably should’ve been on the podium on Sunday. Still got some points and showed off his talent to keep him alive in the Championship.

3. George Russell (+2)
Mr Consistent strikes again with another podium. Luckily for him the Lego race before the main one didn’t count.
2. Lando Norris (+2)
Got lucky again in Miami when it came to the sprint race and but threw his chance away at a main race win with his opening corner move on Verstappen. Second is still good and brings in solid points.
1. Oscar Piastri (-)
Seeing him do a dance after his win was perhaps the highlight of his race dominance. And that’s saying something.
What do you think of this list? Which order would you currently rank the drivers in? Let me know your thoughts below!
